Gary (Jeep Sales Manager) – Michelle rang the Customer Care Department today and spoke to me. She advised that she is currently purchasing a Jeep convertible vehicle and she wanted to pay you a compliment – several really!
Michelle said she found you to be very polite and courteous which she found ‘very refreshing’. She said you are a real gentleman!
She also mentioned that she particularly liked that you ‘didn’t talk down to her, as a woman!’
She told me that she has enjoyed her purchase experience and is excited about the new vehicle. She wanted to convey her compliments to you as she said there is not enough good feedback given when you receive great service and attention such as she has received from you!
I thanked her for taking the time to call us and assured her that I would document her feedback and forward it on to you. She asked that this also be sent to Michael. (Dealer Principal)
